Are you keeping up with the intriguing Azhar "NASA Boy" Ali saga that's been making headlines recently?
In a previous report, we delved into the Youth and Sports Ministry (KBS) expelling a participant from the Perdana Fellowship program for embellishing their credentials. While the individual's identity remained undisclosed, many in the know quickly connected the dots, revealing it to be Azhar Ali, who had been placed at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).

It was noted that Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz was informed about the situation in response to the Perdana Fellow issue within his ministry. Both MITI and KBS were actively pursuing necessary actions to address the matter, ultimately resulting in Azhar's removal.

For those who may not be acquainted with "NASA Boy," here's a concise overview: Back in 2020, he made an initial assertion of obtaining a NASA scholarship, only to later claim he had been deceived, despite receiving extensive accolades, even from the then-Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin. Jumping ahead three years, his reputation took another hit when he secured a spot in the Perdana Fellowship Program at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). His purported accomplishments came under scrutiny from online users, resulting in widespread public criticism.
The Drama Continues
At first, it seemed like Azhar's journey had come to an end following KBS's announcement of his removal from the program, accompanied by counselling. However, to our surprise, it appears that Azhar has resurfaced with a sense of resentment. This revelation came to light when screenshots, purportedly from Azhar's account under the username @azharstrutle, were shared on Twitter.

A sequence of images was posted by Twitter user @BN4everTn50, which included what was claimed to be a WhatsApp conversation between Azhar and a MITI officer named Suria Zainal. According to the purported chat, it appeared that the officer was supporting Azhar and insisted that he could "report to MITI tomorrow and continue as usual" in an attempt to pacify the public.
Another screenshot from the same account featured a picture of MITI minister Tengku Zafrul with the caption "accompanying my beloved YB to the airport." However, a sharp-eyed netizen, KEN (@ruffleseed), noticed something intriguing in the picture, suggesting that it might have been manipulated. Given Azhar's background, many suspected that both the conversation and image were fabricated, possibly as an effort to "clear his name" or cast MITI in a negative light.

Looking at the message sent, you can see that in the last paragraph of &ldquo;Suria Zainal&rsquo;s&rdquo; message to Azhar had a different font which was seen specifically at the letter &ldquo;a&rdquo; and that the spacing between the messages did not match.
Suria Zainal Voices Out About The Incident
As the tweet by KEN (@ruffleseed) went viral with 1 million views, 2,824 Reposts and 5,598 Likes, Suria Zainal was then made aware of the issue at hand and voiced out her side of the story.
She stated that the conversation between her and Azhar was entirely fabricated and that she would be filing an official police report as soon as she returns from her overseas duties on 27 September 2023. She also clarified that following the announcement last week, Azhar is no longer with MITI.

For now, it is still unconfirmed if Azhar is in fact the person behind the @azharsturtle account but if you were to search the account on Instagram and Google, there are no results of any users using that name.
Now this is quite the drama going on here. Since his dismissal, Azhar hasn&rsquo;t been seen on social media and it seems that all his accounts had been disabled or deactivated. 
But knowing that there are haters out there, the account can be anyone framing him. Though he has been dismissed, we would definitely see this going down in the history books for one of the biggest liars we&rsquo;ve seen.

From the video, it appeared that the foreign men were unaware that they were in the women's coach, and they seemed oblivious to or misunderstood the "women-only coach" signage. While the Foodpanda rider did the right thing by informing them of their mistake, some of the men expressed dissatisfaction and questioned the rider's actions.

At the time of writing, the video has amassed more than 697,000 views and received over 45,000 Likes on the platform. Numerous netizens, both men and women, praised the rider's actions, acknowledging that this small gesture held significant meaning for women commuters. Many also made light-hearted suggestions, suggesting that the rider should consider a role as an auxiliary police officer for train stations and even be compensated for assisting in train patrols.

For many Malaysians, apart from our mobile phones, one of the most crucial items we always carry is our wallet. It often holds our identity card (IC), driving license, essential cards like debit/credit cards, and, most importantly, our cash.
Recently, a couple embarked on a trip to Genting Highlands, a popular destination known for its refreshing highland climate and respite from the city's heat. However, not all trips unfold seamlessly. During their journey back from their hillside outing, the couple suddenly realized that their wallet was missing.
The original poster (OP) recounted that as they headed back to Raub, the realization of their missing wallet sank in, and they were close to giving up hope of retrieving it. However, thanks to his wife's quick thinking, she suggested contacting the Marrybrown restaurant where they had dined to inquire about their lost wallet.
Spoke To The Employee And Had A Sigh Of Relief

After successfully locating the outlet's contact number online, the gentleman initiated a conversation with an employee named Kogi (although the spelling was uncertain). To their immense relief, Kogi confirmed that the restaurant had indeed discovered a wallet beneath one of the tables, perfectly matching the description provided by the wife.
Upon further inspection, it became evident that the wallet did not contain any form of identification. Instead, it held a sum of cash. The wife clarified that the money in the wallet was reserved exclusively for covering their family's monthly grocery expenses. They expressed profound gratitude to the Marrybrown staff at Genting Sky Avenue for their responsible handling and safekeeping of the wallet.
Staff Goes The Extra Mile For The Couple
Originally, the plan was to mail the wallet back to its owners, but there was a concern about the inherent risk of it being potentially lost in transit, given the tendency of items to go astray during such processes. Recognizing this potential issue, Kogi proposed an alternative solution: transferring the money via bank transaction. Shortly thereafter, she provided reassurance by sending a photograph of the bank transfer receipt.

Outraged by the unfortunate incident, he expressed that he had informed about the unpleasant situation to the relevant authorities for the necessary action. 
According to the <a href="https://www.animal.org.my/animal-welfare-act-2015/">Animal Welfare Act 2015</a>, under Part V (Cruelty to Animals) of section 29, whoever is deemed guilty of animal cruelty shall be fined not less than RM20,000 and not more than RM 100,000, or imprisonment of not more than 3 years or both. 
This is to say, we should not mistreat animals for they are special creatures that deserve to be adored and appreciated, or else, the consequences will be a heavy punishment to bear and the moral of the story is, that those who commit should be responsible for it.

She also mentioned that these scammers invade your privacy by peeking into tourists' wallets to discern the denominations of banknotes, which have varying colours corresponding to their values.

Nini also had a direct encounter with one of these scammers, witnessing them in action. She observed one of them surreptitiously extracting money from the wallet of another unsuspecting tourist who was strolling in the vicinity. According to Nini, these scammers persist in taking money from your wallet with their hands until they are content.
For those who are new to European travel, such occurrences are relatively common at popular tourist destinations. These scammers often employ persuasive tactics and will only release your hand after they've successfully extracted money from you. Nini mentioned that they may use phrases like "This is a gift for you because I love your people" as a ploy to convince tourists to "purchase" the charm bracelets they offer.
Following the sharing of a video capturing these scammers near the Colosseum, Nini subsequently posted a second video, demonstrating that these scammers are widespread. They were spotted later on in Vatican City, indicating the prevalence of such scams in various tourist areas.

As of the present moment, the combined view count for both of Nini's videos has surpassed 3.3 million on TikTok. Many users have taken to the comments section to recount their encounters with similar scammers in various renowned tourist spots across the globe. Some have also issued warnings about the scammers using sleight of hand or other &ldquo;black magic&rdquo; tricks to momentarily distract tourists, enabling them to gain control.
These individuals are encountered in various locations, and they are determined to extract money from unsuspecting tourists. Occasionally, situations can escalate to become confrontational or even violent.

These scammers tend to frequent popular tourist destinations, such as The Great Pyramids in Egypt and the Eiffel Tower in France.
Furthermore, it's essential to exercise caution regarding pickpocketing when visiting European cities, as it remains a significant concern in many urban centres.

Malaysian Content Creator Caution Tourists About Scams In Italy & Vatican City

Char kuey teow is indeed one of the Asian cuisines favoured by many, whether Singaporeans or Malaysians. But when we order a plate of this dish, not all of us would like to include bean sprouts because, for some of us, it is not to our liking.

Recently, a Singaporean diner named Steven Wong was shocked by the additional charge of 50 cents when he requested &ldquo;no bean sprouts.&rdquo; He told the puzzled incident to <a href="https://www.asiaone.com/singapore/might-well-pick-them-out-myself-diner-baffled-bukit-panjang-hawkers-50-cent-charge-remove">Asia One</a> on September 26, Tuesday when he was aware of a sign in Mandarin at a stall named &lsquo;Wu Fu coffee shop&rsquo; located in Fajar Shopping Centre whereby additional ingredients like seafood, egg, and beansprouts would be for S$2 (~RM 6.88), S$1 (~RM 3.44), and S$0.50 (~RM 1.72).

However amusing it was, the confusing part is that you are still being charged an extra 50 cents (~RM 1.72) for the removal of bean sprouts, but why? Logically, when an ingredient is removed, there shouldn&rsquo;t be an extra charge. But in this case, the 50-year-old female owner explained with her justifications that they only have 3 woks at their stall, and normally, they cook about 4 to 5 portions at once. So, when a customer&rsquo;s order is without beansprouts, they ought to make a new batch for them. With that, it consumes a lot of their time as well as the energy spent.

Therefore, this clearly indicates that preparing bean sprouts truly eats up a lot of time when there are customers who demand to not have bean sprouts for their char kway teow. 
Besides selling fried char kway teow, the owner, Madam Goh, had 20 years of experience in cooking carrot cake, oyster omelettes, and fried bee hoon. 
Her stall has been operating in Fajar Shopping Centre for two months and she shared her experience that she did encounter a customer who ordered three packets of it &ndash; the first was pure noodles, the second was with pure kway teow, followed by the third with pure rice noodles. As such, the customers behind would need to line up in a long queue while awaiting their dish to be readily served.

Despite the extra charge seeming reasonable from the owner&rsquo;s point of view, nevertheless, there are Singaporean customers like Steven who found it ridiculous that he felt it was not worth paying the extra price. He furthered on by saying that he would rather pick out the bean sprouts by himself than have his 50-cent pocket money gone.

Another customer named Tan agreed that the price should remain the same when a customer requests to exclude bean sprouts. However, Tan in an understanding manner explained that the reason behind the surcharge is due to them cooking it in bulk and when a customer wants to remove bean sprouts, they will be required to cook it separately at different times. 
Regardless, Goh mentioned that the list of additional charges has been listed ever since the stall opened. So, it is up to the customers&rsquo; preferences on how they would like their money to be spent, and blaming the owner is like pointing fingers at others in regard to their own displeasure. She added that displaying the price list is a way of making things easier for them as well as for customers.

Recently, Ariff disclosed a disheartening incident in which he fell victim to a scam orchestrated by an individual who had initially presented a job opportunity involving food reviews in Negeri Sembilan. However, it quickly became evident that the job was nothing more than a ruse for content creation.
Ariff even shared a screenshot of his conversation with this individual, in which the true nature of the "food review" was exposed as merely a pretext. Despite being deceived, Ariff maintained a level of kindness and understanding towards the individual. When the individual realized the seriousness of Ariff's situation, they offered sincere apologies and volunteered to reimburse Ariff for his travel expenses to Negeri Sembilan. Ariff, in turn, declined the offer of compensation, as evident from another screenshot of their conversation.

She inquired if he would be interested in promoting her food business located in Bangi.
