Malaysians can&rsquo;t help it with causing or even reading things based off social drama issues now, can they? Recently, drama between Caprice and Ebit Lew have been around social media and people are starting to share their opinions on who&rsquo;s right and who&rsquo;s wrong.
So, who are these people you may ask? Here&rsquo;s some quick recap of who they are. Maybe it matters to some, maybe no one even noticed. Either way, the Internet always loves a Good Quarrel, so here goes the "411" on who's who &amp; what's what and why.&nbsp; 
Who is Caprice? (aka Ariz bin Ramli)&nbsp;

He is a Malaysian singer, songwriter but he is also well known locally as a motivational speaker and preacher. He frequently goes on social media to discuss issues that have been going on around social media, especially when it comes to anything racial. That's from one side of those who see him often online.&nbsp; On the other side, some on social media especially in the past weekend have commented that Caprice is a narcissist&nbsp; attention seeker who's motivation is driven by the limelight. Some have even gone further to describe him as a "penunggang Agama" or loosely translated as one who rides on religion to Fame. True or not, it is subjective to the reader but has been wildly trending on Twitter over the past weekend. You have to decide for yourself which is which.&nbsp;
Who is Ebit Lew?

Ebit Lew is one of the more well-known preachers who has been making headlines online and around media as he helps the poor a lot. He does not judge based on race and he approaches those who are poor, the marginalized and even teenagers. Ebit is usually where many of our Politicians are "supposed" to be, but are not; with the poor solving problems on the ground.&nbsp;
TL:DR of the current issue:
For those who didn&rsquo;t follow, recently Ebit Lew had gone to Gaza for a humanitarian mission to help those in need over there as they have been struct badly due to the war between Palestine and Israel. With that effort, Caprice himself had also went to Gaza to help with donations to the people of Palestine, to meet new people and build a stronger relation with those abroad and also to hold a meeting with stranded Malaysian students in Cairo, Egypt, due to Covid-19.
Long story short, Ebit Lew got into Gaza first but Caprice couldn't get in and was stuck at the border.&nbsp; Not helpful to his own cause, was Caprice lashing out at Ebit Lew looking "for faults" according to the story.&nbsp;&nbsp; Back to the story of Malaysia being a bucket of Crabs, where when one is about to climb out, the others in the Bucket tries to pull him back in. Or in Malay language - Iri Hati -&nbsp; Caprice also claimed that there was outside interference blocking his access to Gaza.&nbsp;
So while Ebit lew was able to get into Gaza, Caprice was stuck in Cairo and he was allegedly blocked by Ebit Lew on Instagram after he had "questioned the preachers motives" during his humanitarian aid mission in Gaza. As they say, you see others outside by how your Heart is inside. And .. not surprisingly, the Internet (Twitter to be precise) erupted.&nbsp;
Initially Caprice had reached out to Ebit Lew on his actions in Gaza. He shared multiple pictures of a young Palestinian girl who received a toy from Ebit Lew and found out that the photos seem to be a distasteful photo-op.
"This poor girl's identity was not kept private," he wrote in the accompanying caption, while ironically sharing the photos showing her face himself.
"The same poor girl, receiving the very same toy, but having to pose for the cameras twice. The people of Gaza are asking why does it look like a photo shoot?"

Many had questioned Caprice's motivation on social media as both parties have their own fair share of influence.
As for Ebit Lew, right now all he asks is why do many people target him and if it was wrong to help those in need in Gaza. He personally says he does not care about the allegations from any party but was saddened when it involved other parties.
Caprice Apologizes (Finally?)&nbsp;
In an Instagram post a few days after the blow back by netizens, Caprice has taken it online to publicly apologise for his action as he had &ldquo;jumped the gun&rdquo; as he was too emotional about the struggle.

He also apologized for making his parents worry about him as he only wants to make them proud. He says he will be returning to Malaysia after settling all matters and fulfilling his promise to the Palestinians.
Mixed Opinion Of Netizens
Social media will always be social media as many would side with him or even against him.

Dato Seri Vida was one of many people who sided by him saying &ldquo;Everything that happens has its wisdom. Be strong, stay safe. A new chapter awaits when you come back to Malaysia&rdquo;.
Then again Sato Seri Vida was also in another online controversy of her own when she allegedly asked people why the #BenderaPutih was even neccessary. This is another issue altogether and will not be covered here at length.

A Facebook user commented, &ldquo;In my personal opinion, he has a lot of barriers and challenges to enter Palestine cause he does not have good enough intention to enter. Palestine is a holy and blessed land. His intentions are probably not yet worthy. The more he finds fault with people, makes enemies, hurts people's hearts, the harder it is for him to set foot on Palestinian land. That&rsquo;s what I believe".

As of today some were talking about how he was gaining maturity about it by apologizing publicly. As how the commenter said, &ldquo;Spread love, not hate&rdquo;.

Meanwhile there are others who would rather sit down and swipe aside Caprice and watch Zizan Razak&rsquo;s videos.
Will it die down?
With all things on social media, yeah, this issue will slowly die down unless someone sparks a flame to this again.
