<p>Animal lovers across Malaysia have been left appalled after shocking allegations of cruelty towards cats surfaced at Pangsapuri Seri Nilam in Bandar Baru Ampang. The incident has raised serious concerns over public apathy, the exploitation of children, and the failure of authorities to intervene in time to prevent repeated acts of brutality against defenceless animals.</p>
<p>Animal rights activist Shima Aris took to social media to expose what she described as an ongoing pattern of feline abuse in the apartment complex. According to her post, several cats &mdash; both strays and pets &mdash; were not only poisoned but also believed to have been thrown from the upper floors of the building. Even more disturbing, she alleged that certain individuals were paying children to carry out the killings, using them as proxies to avoid detection.</p>
<p>&ldquo;These cowards don&rsquo;t even have the spine to do it themselves anymore &ndash; because they know they&rsquo;re being watched. So instead, they exploit kids to carry out their cruelty. What kind of generation are you raising? Teaching children to harm innocent animals for money? This is beyond sick,&rdquo; she wrote in an Instagram post.</p>
<p>Her post included graphic images of dead cats discovered in and around the premises, some of which appeared to have been mutilated.</p>

<p>&ldquo;To irresponsible cat owners and cat lovers, you will suffer the consequences of causing trouble to your neighbours,&rdquo; the message read.<br />&ldquo;From today onwards, I will place rat poison in front of the unit door on the third floor of the apartment, next to the lift door and in the stairwell. If you love your cat, keep them inside the house and don&rsquo;t let them roam around.&rdquo;</p>
<p>While the message has been reported to the police, no concrete action or updates have been provided, leaving residents and activists increasingly frustrated.</p>

Residents claimed that threats against cats in the area have been made for months, with at least one tenant previously warning others that he would &ldquo;kill the cats with poison.&rdquo; That tenant has not been publicly identified, and no further developments have been disclosed.</p>

<p>Malaysia does not have diplomatic relations with Israel, and Israeli passport holders are generally prohibited from entering the country without special approval from the Home Ministry. However, Malaysia does not prohibit individuals with dual citizenship from travelling using a non-Israeli passport, making the investigation crucial in determining whether any laws or immigration conditions were violated.</p>
<p>The ministry emphasised that any misuse of immigration facilities, submission of false information, abuse of immigration passes or offences affecting national security would be dealt with firmly and "without compromise".</p>

<p>According to Onn Hafiz, authorities have been instructed to verify the identities and nationalities of individuals involved, examine whether second passports were used, determine the purpose of their entry into Malaysia and establish whether their actual activities matched the reasons declared when entering the country.</p>
<p>In addition, the Higher Education Ministry, Digital Ministry and relevant regulatory bodies have been asked to determine the legal status of Network School's operations, including whether its programmes require registration or approval under Malaysian law.</p>
<p>At the state level, agencies including the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) and the Johor Land and Mines Office will also review compliance involving business licences, land use, accommodation, premises and other regulatory requirements.</p>

<p>Ahead of the highly anticipated encounter, FIFA has confirmed that Argentina will wear their navy blue away kit after granting a special request from the reigning world champions&mdash;a decision that has already sparked plenty of discussion due to the jersey's historic significance against England.</p>
<p><strong>Why The Blue Jersey Holds Special Meaning</strong></p>

<p>The first came during the 1986 World Cup quarter-final in Mexico, when Diego Maradona produced one of football's most iconic performances. Wearing the blue shirt, he scored the infamous "Hand of God" goal before following it up just minutes later with the breathtaking solo effort later voted the Greatest World Cup Goal of All Time, helping Argentina secure a 2-1 victory.</p>
<p>Twelve years later at the 1998 World Cup in France, Argentina once again wore their dark blue kit as they eliminated England in a dramatic penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw. The match is also remembered for David Beckham's red card following an incident involving Diego Simeone.</p>
<p>In contrast, Argentina wore their traditional home strip during their World Cup defeats to England in 1966 and 2002.</p>
<p>Because of that history, many Argentine supporters regard the navy kit as something of a lucky charm whenever they face the Three Lions.</p>
<p><strong>A Shirt That Almost Never Existed</strong></p>

<p>Two different blue designs were eventually brought back to the squad before Maradona personally chose the darker version.</p>
<p>The shirts had no badges or numbers, so staff manually stitched on the national crest from older jerseys and ironed on each number individually.</p>
<p>Those hastily assembled kits would later become some of the most iconic shirts in football history.</p>
