A group of 34 diploma students from Media and Entertainment Management class in Faculty of Applied Communication [FAC] will be organizing their first ever Battle Of The Bands 2024 competition which is known as Inter[FAC]e Music Festival - BAttle of the Bands 2024.
This competition will be the 2nd Battle of the Bands in MMU after 8 years since it was first introduced in 2016.
It will be held at FCA Sound Stage MMU, Cyberjaya on 19th January 2024 at 8:00 pm.
This cool event is to to provide a platform for young talents to display their skills at university levels and to raise education funds. Inter[FAC]e Music Festival will be organized from 9:00 am till 10:30 pm. In conjunction with supporting local business, there will be 22 vendors selling food, drinks, accessories and clothes at FCA’s Atrium Hall and Food trucks in front of FCM parking lot during the day.
Dr. Soo Wincci and Atilia Haron will be among the judges to determine the champion of Inter[FAC]e Battle of the Band 2024.
The champion will be receiving RM600, 1st Runner up RM400 and 2nd Runner up RM300. There will be 10 bands competing in Inter[FAC]e Battle of the Bands 2024 including from ASWARA. The bands are Pintu, Astigmatism, Floret, Creampunx, Dogtooth and Blossome, Seegehenna, Purple Taugeh and many more.
This event has the opportunity to collaborate with Diploma Creative Audio students from the Faculty of Creative Multimedia and Yayasan University Multimedia (YUM). Get your tickets today as below as RM17 for public and RM12 for MMU students. See you there!
