Sitting in traffic can be one of the most chaotic things out there. It&rsquo;s one of few things that could possibly drive you insane
Recently a Singaporean woman had gone viral on social media after a bit of chaos had happened on the Second Link between Singapore and Malaysia.
The video was posted on the SG Road Vigilante Facebook page which to date has 2.3 million views.

As there were many vehicles at the check point heading into Malaysia, netizens spotted the woman trying to push against a black Alphard from moving forward. After a bit of struggle, she hard torn off the license plate of the vehicle and tossed it to the windshield of the vehicle.

Later, a man who was wearing a Yishun Innova Junior College shirt emerged from a stationary vehicle up front but instead of helping he instead threw the finger up in the air. Meanwhile, the woman had attempted to hold him back from doing so before quickly returning to their car when the driver of the Alphard came out to take their license plate.

After the initial footage had gone online, more footage had started appearing to show different perspectives of the incident.
Facebook user Linni Malik had shared videos given by her son-in-law. At the time, his father was the one driving the Toyota Alphard.

In the first clop, you can see the Toyota Alphard veering to the right where it seems that it&rsquo;s changing lanes. But then on the right corner, you see the red Kia slowly inching in front with the woman sticking her head out the window entirely to examine the surface of the vehicle.
After getting in front, she then gets back into her vehicle to take her mobile phone and began filming the Alphard. From the perspective of the video, the sidemirror of the Kia looks to be a bit out of place which suggest the two cars had came in contact.

In the second video, the woman had put her phone away while the car continues to inch forward. She had then sticked out the vehicle to wipe its doors.
And that&rsquo;s where it had led to the woman stepping out of the car to scold the driver and leading to the license plate being thrown at the windshield.

Before driving away, the driver of the vehicle which is the man in blue had shown another gesture of disrespect to the driver.

The woman later tells her side of the story
According to Shin Min Daily News, she had declined to reveal her name and explained that she was on her way to Malaysia to visit her relatives when they encountered the Alphard driver.
"The checkpoint was very congested and we waited for over an hour. We were in the rightmost lane, and the Alphard was (diagonally) behind us. The driver tried to cut into our lane from the left, but my son didn't want to give way as he noticed that they had been cutting lanes throughout the journey."
She claimed that the Alphard driver had attempted to &ldquo;force&rdquo; their way into their lane causing the cars to come in contact with each other.
"I originally wanted to let it go since I noticed that the scratches weren't serious," she averred. "But the other party stopped their car and scolded my son and even cursed at him. He even tried to instigate my son to get out of the car and have a one-on-one (fight), but my son ignored him."
During the whole scrap, the woman had sustained injuries to her thighs due to the driver driving into her.

"I felt pain in my thigh so I turned around (to see what had happened), but he continued driving towards me. I was in pain and upset, which is why I was so angry that I plucked out the license plate and threw it at the car. I later realised that both my legs were bleeding."
She still stands that she&rsquo;s no entirely at fault and told that both the Malaysian and Singaporean police are investigating the incident as reports were made in both countries.
Only worried for her son
Apparently, after the videos surfaced, netizens had doxxed the woman and her son&rsquo;s identities. Her highest worry is about her son as he is only 18 and is still in school. Even the principal and teacher of the school had reached out to the family after recognising them in the video.
&ldquo;My only regret is putting him through this sort of stress&rdquo;.
As of now, the driver of the Alphard had stated that the family will reach out to the woman to talk things out and will hire a lawyer to pursue the matter if they reject. However, the woman stated that she would not like to have further interactions with the other party.

If it&rsquo;s one thing I learnt from how social media is now, everything you do is recorded and you can&rsquo;t escape it once it goes viral. To be fair, I don&rsquo;t think the woman should of attempted to stop the vehicle and it wasn&rsquo;t good for her 18-year-old son to do something like that.
Next time if something like this happens on the road, just give way and let everyone move along rather than causing trouble like this.

A catastrophic aviation disaster unfolded on Thursday, 12 June, when an Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner en route to London crashed shortly after take-off from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Flight AI171, bound for Gatwick Airport, was carrying 242 individuals, including 217 adults, 11 children, two infants, and a crew of 12. The aircraft plummeted into a residential area, crashing directly into a hostel attached to a medical college in the Meghani Nagar neighbourhood during lunchtime. Among the deceased were hostel residents, including medical students, doctors, and their families.

Only One Survivor Pulled from the Wreckage

In a rare miracle, one passenger survived: a British national of Indian origin named Vishwash Kumar Ramesh. Seated in seat 11A, next to an emergency exit, Ramesh was able to escape the burning wreckage. He sustained multiple injuries but remained conscious and coherent when transported to hospital.
&ldquo;Thirty seconds after take-off, there was a loud noise and then the plane crashed. It all happened so quickly,&rdquo; Ramesh told the Hindustan Times from his hospital bed. &ldquo;When I got up, there were bodies all around me. I was scared. I stood up and ran. There were pieces of the plane all around me. Someone grabbed hold of me and put me in an ambulance.&rdquo;
Footage taken after the crash showed Ramesh bloodied and limping as he was helped into an ambulance. Police later confirmed he had managed to jump from the aircraft through the emergency exit, and that he remains the only known survivor.
Devastation on the Ground

The destruction was not limited to those on board. At least 24 people on the ground perished when the aircraft struck the building. Many others were injured. Witnesses described the crash as sounding like a bomb explosion, and some felt the ground shake as if during an earthquake.
&ldquo;My son is safe, and I have spoken to him,&rdquo; said a woman named Ramila, whose son had just returned to the hostel for lunch. &ldquo;He jumped from the second floor, so he suffered some injuries.&rdquo; Another local, Poonam Patni, recounted the horror: &ldquo;When we reached the spot there were several bodies lying around and firefighters were dousing the flames. Many of the bodies were burned.&rdquo;
Former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani was among the victims. Authorities have asked families of the deceased to provide DNA samples for identification due to the severe burns suffered by many victims.
Cause of Crash Still Unknown
The aircraft had only just departed Ahmedabad&rsquo;s runway when it issued a Mayday call. Moments later, it vanished from radar. CCTV footage showed the plane struggling to climb before falling rapidly and disappearing from view, followed by a massive fireball rising from behind residential buildings.

Air traffic control confirmed the Dreamliner took off at 1.39pm and lost contact shortly after. The flight tracking website Flightradar24 reported that the plane&rsquo;s signal was lost less than a minute after take-off. Notably, video analysis suggested the landing gear was still down, which aviation experts noted as unusual for that stage of flight.
US aerospace safety consultant Anthony Brickhouse remarked: &ldquo;If you didn&rsquo;t know what was happening, you&rsquo;d think the plane was on approach, not take-off.&rdquo; The exact cause remains unknown, but mechanical failure or pilot error has not been ruled out.
First Crash for Boeing 787 Dreamliner

They also committed to covering all medical expenses for the injured and pledged support in rebuilding the medical college hostel.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi described the incident as &ldquo;heartbreaking beyond words.&rdquo; UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer called the images &ldquo;devastating,&rdquo; and King Charles was said to be closely following developments. US President Donald Trump described the incident as &ldquo;terrible,&rdquo; while British authorities confirmed they were working with Indian counterparts to support affected families.
Three of the British victims were identified as Akeel Nanabawa, his wife Hannaa, and their young daughter, Sara. Gatwick Airport has set up a special reception centre for relatives of passengers.
Investigation Underway

GE Aerospace, the maker of the plane&rsquo;s engines, has also sent a team to India to assist in analysing the flight and cockpit data. The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is working closely with Boeing and GE, while the UK&rsquo;s Foreign Office is providing consular support to affected families.
A Community in Mourning
The tragedy has left the city of Ahmedabad in mourning, with vigils being held outside hospitals and homes of the deceased. Scenes of relatives awaiting news or identification at the city&rsquo;s morgues underscore the profound human cost of the crash.

Tragedy In Ahmedabad: Over 240 Dead In Air India Crash, British Man Sole Survivor

What began as a suspected break-in at a family home in Bukit Rambai, Melaka, during the early hours of 12 June, has now been confirmed as a deeply troubling domestic tragedy. A 51-year-old single mother, Vernita Boon (also reported as Wen Qiu Yan in some sources), and her 21-year-old eldest son, Lim Boon Kai, were found brutally stabbed to death in the living room of their home in Taman Rambai Mutiara.
Initial reports suggested a robbery, but police have since revealed that the perpetrator was not an external intruder. Instead, the horrific attack was allegedly carried out by Boon&rsquo;s second son, a 17-year-old schoolboy, who is believed to have been driven by pent-up resentment stemming from constant academic pressure.
