The #NoFOMO Social Wellness Challenge is a social media based wellness contest where we want YOU to show us how you live life to the fullest.

What is FOMO you may ask? In short, it means the Fear Of Missing Out. In conjunction of LIAM Life Insurance Association of Malaysia and with the support of 16 Insurance companies in Malaysia, they wanna see how you control your Physical Health, Emotional Health and Financial Health.

What Do You Need To Do?

To join the contest, it’s as simple as 1,2 and 3!

First of all, you’ll need to put on your thinking caps and find out what original content you’ll want to post up. *Psst* Here’s a hint; you can participate in the challenge by participating in any TikTok challenge, creating memes or perhaps even creating quotes.

You’ll be free to add your own creative style and twist to it to make it as interesting as possible!
