Phase Two: Trial Operation (July&ndash;August 2025)
Following the successful completion of the TR and FFR, the second phase will be carried out by Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd, with technical assistance from the main contractor. This phase will last for 60 days, running from July to August 2025. The trial operation will only proceed after APAD grants approval, ensuring the system is fully operational and meets all safety requirements before public use.

Project Costs and Financial Adjustments
The LRT3 project was initially launched in 2016 under the Barisan Nasional administration with a budget of RM9 billion. These include failing to ensure that its drivers possess valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) and E-Hailing Vehicle Permit (eVP) licences&mdash;documents that are legally mandatory for all e-hailing drivers in Malaysia.

Who Is Baekhyun?
